Mewtwo
Mewtwo is generally overshadowed by its weaknesses--being a light character with a large hurtbox. As a result, Mewtwo gets comboed easily and dies at early percents, making it a stressful character to play.
If you like the character however, Mewtwo still has plenty to offer! It has a great projectile, grab, recovery, and combo game.
