Jigglypuff is unquestionably one of the strongest characters in the game, a stark contrast to its harmless appearance. Jigglypuff's air mobility, multiple jumps, and massively disjointed backair present a daunting challenge for its opponents.
If that wasn't enough, Jigglypuff also has a devastating move in Rest. It can be comboed into with up throw, killing many characters at zero percent!
