Bowser
Contrary to what his intimidating appearance would suggest, Bowser is one of two characters often considered to be the worst in the entire game (the other being Kirby).
Some things Bowser has going for him are his powerful moves, amazing up special, and his heavy weight allowing him to live longer than most characters. Unfortunately, this doesn't even come close to mitigating his weaknesses, with him being complete combo food, having a terrible jump, and horrible frame data. He does look pretty cool though.
